    "E" stands for "E-mail" and "easy". This site is America's Interactive Town Hall and provides a free service for citizens to sign a petition, or send a letter by e-mail to over 140,000 local, state or federal officials serving 7,000 towns and cities across America. It's a nonpartisan service that's a fast and easy way to make your voice heard. Just click on the link to check it out.

    If picking up the phone is more your style, then just call the switchboard to find out who your state's congressmen are:
