I wish to commend you for the great success of the 1993 Invention Convention held in Pasadena, California. Your organization did a superb job. I know many inventors enjoyed tremendous benefit for exhibiting at your show.

Prior to attending the Invention Convention and the dinner meeting on Patent Harmonization, I was not aware of about the matters concerning the proposed changes to the "first-to-invent" system. Since the dinner meeting, I have requested and received formal confirmation to speak at the Patent Harmonization hearings on October 7, 1993.
